1. What types of shoes does W&Harry sell?

W&Harry specializes in selling high-quality shoes, including the Balmoral Oxfords and Barranquilla Monkstrap. Our shoes are designed to combine sophistication with comfort, our goal is for our shoes to be the first item in your wardrobe you reach for each day;

2. How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address in Miami, Florida. Also be aware that the items should be unworn and in their original box.

3. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at help@walkwh.com with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your order number (example: W&H123)

We will provide you with a UPS return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection, and approved it, we will proceed to credit the amount of your purchase to the credit card on record. The credit will be applied within 48 hours of the approval. Please note that the exact time frame for the refund to appear on your credit card may vary depending on factors such as the retailer's processing time and your credit card issuer's policies.

7. How are the shoes shipped?

After the handcrafting process is complete, your shoes are transferred to our Distribution Center located in Miami, Florida. From there, we ship domestically within the United States via UPS, a trusted shipping carrier known for its reliability and efficiency.

8. How long does it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. For domestic shipments within the United States, you can calculate the estimated delivery time by visiting the UPS website. 

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to physical addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of the United States.

3. How the brand started?

Our founders were students in London when they met a master shoemaker who introduced them into the traditional English Shoemaking process. The took that experience and founded W&H when they returned to their natal Colombia.

This includes soft glove leather linings, adaptive cork bed midsoles, shock-absorbing EVA foam strips, and anti-fatigue shanks for arch support and stability. Together, these elements create a supremely comfortable footbed and a smooth experience with every step.

 

About Exchanges and Returns

1. How do I start a return?

We’re dedicated to ensuring you love your purchase. If the size isn’t perfect or you have any other concerns, don’t worry—you can exchange or return your items under these conditions:

  • The items must be unworn, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition (no creases or visible wear on soles), and they must be returned in their original packaging.
  • You need to initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order.
  • In order to do it, just email us to help@walkwh.com with your name and order. We will take it from there. 

We provide free return or exchange shipping for items valued over $80 within the contiguous U.S. For items under $80, a small handling fee of $5 may apply.
